My ADHD Life
Understanding Your Brain. Reclaiming Your Strengths. Building a Life That Works.
Does your brain ever feel like it’s working both brilliantly… and chaotically… at the exact same time?
Maybe you:
have a million ideas but struggle to know where to start (that feeling of having a million “tabs” open in your mind!)
can hyper-focus for hours on one thing, yet avoid another task for days
feel capable, intelligent, and creative, but constantly overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life
forget things that matter to you
procrastinate and avoid starting things until the last minute
struggle to “shut your brain off”
feel mentally exhausted from trying to keep up with routines, responsibilities, and expectations that seem to come easier to other people
If this sounds familiar, you are not alone, and there’s likely far more going on beneath the surface than “just being disorganized” or “bad at adulting.”
The good news is that understanding how your ADHD brain actually works can be incredibly powerful. Self-awareness, practical strategies, and ADHD-friendly tools can go a long way in helping you feel more confident, capable, and in control of your daily life, which is exactly what this workshop is designed to help you build.
What is My ADHD Life?
My ADHD Life is a two-hour interactive workshop created to help adults truly understand their ADHD brain — not through shame, productivity pressure, or unrealistic expectations, but through science, self-awareness, and practical strategies that actually work.
This is not a lecture.
It’s a guided experience combining:
neuroscience education
reflection exercises
group discussion
real-life tools and brain hacks
practical strategies you can start using immediately
You will leave with greater clarity, self-compassion, and a personalized plan for working with your brain instead of against it.
Why This Workshop Exists
Many adults with ADHD have spent years hearing messages like:
“Just try harder.”
“Get organized.”
“Be more consistent.”
“You have so much potential.”
But ADHD isn’t a motivation problem. It’s a brain regulation difference.
When you understand how your brain works, things finally begin to make sense:
focus struggles
emotional intensity
procrastination cycles
burnout
time blindness
brilliant creativity alongside daily overwhelm
Understanding your brain changes everything.
This Workshop Is For You If…
You were recently diagnosed with ADHD
You suspect you may have ADHD
You’ve always felt “different” but couldn’t explain why
You are successful yet exhausted from holding everything together
You want strategies that respect how your brain actually works
You’re ready to move from self-criticism toward self-understanding
No diagnosis is required.
